A 2 bedroomed holiday accommodation located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Dawlish, attached to owners property with own front door.
The flat is a short walk to the seaside town of Dawlish with good train and bus connections and is 10 minutes walking distance to the beach We are at the top of a hill hence the sea views.
Accommodation, which is on one level, comprises of lounge with private patio and stunning sea views, fully fitted kitchen, double and twin bedrooms and bathroom with  electric shower, sleeps 4. There are electric heaters in the lounge, bedrooms, bathroom and hall, electricity is via a meter taking £1 and £2coins.(We use a meter as you only pay for what you use  rather than what I think you may use)

Dawlish is situated on the coast between Exeter and Torquay.
The city of Exeter is 10 miles away, the long golden sandy beach of Dawlish Warren is 2 miles and the bustling resort of Torquay is 12 miles, it is also only 15 miles from Dartmoor National Park

On street parking is available immediately outside the property but there are only 7 properties in the Close so it is very quiet with few traffic movements.

Sorry we do not accept pets and it is non-smoking accommodation
